Online Meditation Course – training the mind for self-mastery

Meditation goes beyond relaxation, distressing or just to bring balance as it is a process of self-mastery and self-realization in every aspect of our lives.

This Course is a perfect blend of ancient knowledge about the meditative states and practice with the modern and scientific findings about the meditation benefits, with simple and effective practices that just require a genuine effort and discipline, from overcoming any limitation, stress, anxiety, depression, fears, lack of confidence, negative habits and emotions and limiting beliefs in order to unlock our inner strength to make the necessary changes in life, for healing and to create our future reality.

Mastery of the thinking habits and patterns, mastery of the emotional states, mastery of the physical body and mastery of the whole physical experience.

Our certified live online meditation course consists of:

25hrs of training to be done over 10 weeks via zoom;

Every Monday 2,5hs online live through zoom;

Booklet with course content (pdf);

Gradual advance learning and practice over the 10 weeks program;

20 plus meditations theory and practice techniques;

Support Whatsapp Group to share all the weekly meditations experience;

Recording of the all zoom sessions if you miss any;

Weekly mantra & mindfulness practice;

During the course you will be added to a group that I do weekly intuitive meditations for free;

Follow the topics to be discussed every week that will be followed by the meditation guidance:


Week 1 – Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness, benefits and the power of our breath

Week 2 – The human mind (conscious and subconscious mind) & brain waves

Week 3 – Meditation in the light of Yoga – physical postures before meditation

Week 4 – Japa Meditation (Mantras)

Week 5 – Chakras (balancing energy centers meditation)

Week 6 – Our Koshas (Balancing our body, mind, energy & emotions)

Week 7 – From Tao to Buddhism – Vipassana Meditation

Week 8 – Heart & Mind Coherence (Harmonizing your brain and heart connection)

Week 9 – The power and mastery of your intention

Week 10 – The power of visualization – creating your future

  • Every Monday from 10th of April to 5th of June (expect on the 2nd week that it will be done on tuesday)
