Reiki is a path of self awareness, understanding your own connection to the divine energy that is in all of us, around us and everywhere in the universe.
We will connect you to much more than an energy healing course, as it is about getting a deeper understanding about our true nature and how to tune in to our natural capacity of self-healing and creating abundance for us, for all around us and for the whole planet

In the Reiki Level I, students will develop the self-reiki practice, learning how to purify their energies and to feel the abundance of healing energies available to all of us

Feeling it: opening up of the energy channel & feel the subtle energy (hands exercise)

Preparation: initiation of the connection between one’s energy to the universal energy

Basic Knowledge about Chakras and Meridians (our energy centers)

Spiritual Detox: Energy Cleansing & the Ideal Diet
